The discharge door is pneumatic/hydraulic/electric driven and can be controlled in both the refuse discharge hall and the grab control room. The discharge door is double door flat open /2 fold flat push/pull cover type. Each discharge door is equipped with a separate set of controls to reduce failures and mitigate impacts. The control system has two operation modes: local control and total control. Normal unloading configuration: 1. Local switch box (the panel is equipped with a transfer switch and emergency stop control button for local/general control selection). 2. Main control cabinet (located in the discharge door control room, which is equipped with power distribution facilities, transformers and independent control devices for each door).

The main control console of the discharge door will be set up in the garbage grab control room, with vertical transfer switches for local/operation stations and start/stop buttons for each door. In order to make the garbage truck driver clear about the specific location of unloading, each discharge door is configured with IP56 red and green traffic lights.

An operation table (general control) is arranged in the refuse grab control room, on which the switch buttons of N doors and the two-position switch of N doors are arranged. The two operating positions are: console operation and local operation. There are two corresponding control methods, that is, total console control and local control. Main control console control: the operator of the control room will open the corresponding discharge door in the refuse grab control room according to the position of the refuse grab and the level of the material near each discharge door, and each door body will display the discharge status signal, and the refuse truck driver will discharge the material according to this signal; Local control: the main control console converts the transfer switch to the site, and the site operator controls the discharge door switch through the local switch button next to the door body. Each door body displays the status signal of discharge, and the garbage truck driver operates the discharge according to this signal. Each discharge door system has overload protection, collision protection and other fault protection functions.

The opening and closing process can be adjusted according to the performance curve, and it can self-lock when the power is off for some reason.
