Material:

Door Panel:

· The door panel is mainly composed of steel skeleton and surface decorative plate, and the steel skeleton is welded by rectangular square tubes.

· The surface decorative plate has a variety of plate types and colorful steel plates to choose from, which can meet the needs of different users. The color steel plate has excellent corrosion resistance.

· Two layers of decorative panels are laid inside and outside the door panels, and insulation materials such as glass wool, rock wool or polyurethane foam are filled in the middle.

· There are a variety of materials for selection such as glass, fiberglass, sunshine board, PC endurance light transmittance board, etc., to ensure that the lighting requirements of different users are met.

Guide device:

· The upper guide track is welded with rectangular square pipe or channel steel, and the lower guide track is cast with Angle steel and special U-shaped steel and concrete, with good stiffness and high strength.

Sealing system:

A sealing device is installed at the bottom, top, side and between the two doors, and the material is high-quality EPDM rubber. Various forms of structure can effectively heat preservation, dust prevention, rain prevention, sound insulation and noise reduction.

Power and transmission systems, control systems:

· The door opening machine gives priority to high-quality products, such as Italian FAAC products, to ensure the stability and reliability of the door operation. The control system can be a wall switch, a control box, or a remote control device, and a centralized control mode can be used when multiple doors are installed. A variety of control methods can be freely selected and combined to meet the needs of different users.

In addition, the infrared protection device, geomagnetic induction coil or pneumatic induction and other protection devices can be installed according to the needs of users.

Structural features:

The integrated door is composed of 4 door panels, 2 door panels on each side, and the door panels on the same side are connected to each other by hinges (folding pages). When the door is closed, the four door panels are located on the same plane; When the door is opened, the two door panels on the same side move together until the 90-degree Angle is opened, at which time the two door panels are merged together (see the attached figure for the movement mode).
